LakeCore products are digital software products delivered electronically.

Due to the digital nature of these products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been purchased and downloaded.

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect product selection, lack of required technical environment, or failure to review product information prior to purchase.

If a customer experiences a major technical issue accessing, downloading, or using a purchased LakeCore product, LakeCore Technologies will provide reasonable technical assistance to help resolve the issue.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
